I liked this article and thought I’d share.  The only thing I’d change is that like the Gartner hype curve, it needs to have a Twitter equivalent - something like “Information Overload - what have I gotten myself into”.  I see a similar process on other sites like Facebook - tought to get people from lurkers to participants.
